Customers need to have a plan with Gogo as well, which is an internet provider in some flights. This new cool feature will allow customers to keep in touch with their close ones, even at 35,000 feet in the skies. By allowing travelers to text in the skies, many passengers will be able to kill some time while on board, and easy the travel pressure by texting with friends and family.
