These Terms of Service govern your use of SendSMSnow, operated by Sendilio LLC (“we”, “us” or “our”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into an agreement. If you use SendSMSnow for a business or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for it. References to “you” include that organization where applicable.

These terms work alongside the price, renewal information and feature limits displayed for your selected package, and any separate written agreement we enter into with you. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

SendSMSnow provides tools for preparing, sending, scheduling and managing SMS, organizing contacts and campaigns, handling supported replies and automatic responses, and reviewing communication activity. Tracked short links, AI assistance and Catch product alerts may be available depending on your account and service configuration.

Free Demo is for testing with your own verified phone using the allowance assigned to your account. It does not provide unlimited SMS or free messaging to other recipients. Paid features, number availability, destination access and sending limits depend on your package, account status and any required verification or provider approval.

Provide accurate account and business information, keep it current and complete the verification required for your use of the service. Only verify or register a phone number or sender identity that you are entitled to use.

You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity you authorize through your account. Do not share access in a way that bypasses account controls, use someone else’s identity or create accounts to evade limits or a suspension. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly through Support.

Only send messages that recipients have agreed to receive. You are responsible for establishing the required consent, giving appropriate notices and following the messaging laws and network rules that apply to the sender, recipient, message type and destination.

• Identify your business or organization clearly and explain the purpose of your messages.
• Keep evidence of consent, including when and how it was obtained. Marketing messages require the level of express consent applicable to that activity.
• Provide a clear, practical way to stop messages and honor opt-outs promptly. Do not resume messaging without the necessary renewed permission.
• Do not treat purchased, rented, scraped or shared contact lists as proof of consent. An inbound question does not by itself authorize unrelated promotional campaigns.

Relevant provider requirements also apply, including the Twilio Messaging Policy when that provider handles your messages. Platform tools do not replace your responsibility to keep your audience and consent records up to date.

Use the service lawfully and with respect for recipients, other customers and the networks involved. You must not use SendSMSnow for:

• Spam, harassment, threats, scams, impersonation, phishing, malware or deceptive links.
• Content or products prohibited by law, sanctions, provider rules or applicable destination restrictions.
• Collecting or disclosing another person’s information without authority, or infringing intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Bypassing verification, opt-outs, rate limits, account restrictions or security controls; splitting traffic to evade filtering; or interfering with service availability.

Do not use SMS to transmit highly sensitive information that is inappropriate for the channel. SendSMSnow is not an emergency service and must not be relied upon for life-safety communications or other situations where a delayed or missing message could cause serious harm.

Prices, currency, included credits and purchase terms are shown before you confirm checkout. Review them carefully. Longer messages, certain characters and multiple recipients can increase the number of SMS segments and credits used. Available balance and other account limits still apply.

Credits are a service allowance for eligible SendSMSnow features, not money held on deposit or a transferable currency. Purchased credits are added after payment is confirmed. Test transactions do not add spendable credits. Free Demo and promotional allowances remain subject to the conditions shown for them.

Sending and credit activity are recorded in your workspace. A delivery problem does not necessarily mean no routing or processing took place. If a charge or credit entry looks incorrect, contact Support with the relevant message or order reference so it can be investigated.

One-time purchases are charged once. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically at the recurring amount shown during checkout until renewal is cancelled. Selected recurring add-ons form part of that amount. Monthly credits are added after the corresponding invoice is paid.

Unused credits roll over as described for your package. Cancelling renewal does not itself erase an existing credit balance or issue a refund. The subscription controls in Plans & billing show the cancellation status and relevant period end. Simply closing the browser, deleting a message or submitting a support request does not cancel automatic renewal.

Payments are processed through Stripe for Sendilio LLC, which may appear on your card statement. Contact us about duplicate payments, billing errors or refund requests. Any refund depends on the facts, the purchase terms and applicable law; these terms do not remove mandatory refund, withdrawal or other consumer rights.

If we change a recurring price, applicable notice and consent requirements will be followed before the new price is charged. Review any notice and cancel future renewal if you do not wish to continue at the new price.

Delivery depends on providers, mobile networks, destination rules, recipient devices and your account setup. We do not guarantee delivery to every number, a particular delivery time or uninterrupted availability. Coverage guides and calling-code listings are informational and do not guarantee a working route.

“Sent” generally means submission to a delivery provider. “Delivered” reflects a reported delivery confirmation and is not proof that a person read the message. Replies require a compatible sending number and route. Scheduled sending remains subject to credits, approvals and service availability at the time of processing.

Dedicated numbers and sender identities may require business details, supporting documents and provider registration. Requests are subject to availability and approval; submitting a request does not guarantee assignment or activation. Do not represent an assigned number or identity as owned by you beyond the rights granted for use of the service.

You retain your rights in content and contact information you submit. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use it. You give us permission to store, process, transmit and display that information as needed to provide, secure and support the features you use.

Sendilio LLC and its licensors retain their rights in the SendSMSnow platform, software, branding and other service materials. These terms give you permission to use the available service; they do not transfer ownership of it.

You are responsible for your messages, links, automatic replies and instructions. Review content before sending or activating an automated rule. Keep your own copies of business records you need to retain independently of the service.

AI-generated text is a draft. It can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your audience. Check facts, permissions, offers and compliance before using it. A suggested reply does not mean an automation has been activated.

Catch watches check supported product pages against your chosen conditions during the purchased watch period. Product information can change between checks, a store may become unavailable and an alert can be delayed. An alert does not reserve stock, guarantee a price or place an order. Purchases from a retailer are between you and that retailer.

Third-party checkout, advertisements, linked websites and external integrations may have their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control their independent services or endorse a third party simply because a link or advertisement appears on our website.

We may restrict sending, decline content, suspend a feature or close an account where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, security risks, non-payment, legal requirements or a provider restriction. Urgent action may be taken without advance notice when needed to protect recipients, the service or a network.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will explain the reason and the steps needed to request review. Contact Support if you believe a restriction was applied in error.

You may request account closure through Support. Manage any active renewal separately and keep a copy of records you need. Closure does not remove unpaid charges, applicable recordkeeping obligations or rights and duties intended to continue after the account ends.

We aim to operate a reliable service, but messaging and internet services involve dependencies outside our control. Unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, we do not promise a particular business outcome, continuous availability or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, such as lost opportunities or anticipated profits. You remain responsible for the legality of your campaigns and the decisions you make using delivery reports, generated content or product alerts.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or other mandatory protections. Consumer rights and remedies that apply to you continue to apply.

We may improve, change or retire features and update these terms. The revision date appears at the top. Where required, we will give notice of a material change or obtain agreement before it applies. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen.

If a dispute arises, contact Sendilio LLC with the relevant account, transaction or message reference and a description of the issue. We will review the concern and seek a practical resolution. This does not prevent you from using a court, regulator or other remedy available under applicable law.

If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in exercising a right does not by itself waive that right. Any separate written agreement and applicable mandatory law take precedence where required.
