Who we are & this policy
SendSMSnow is operated by Sendilio LLC (“we”, “us” or “our”). This policy explains how information is handled when you visit our website, use a messaging account, contact our team or interact with a message or tracked link sent through the service.
We manage account administration, billing, support and service security. When a customer uploads contacts or sends a campaign, that customer decides who to contact and why. We process those messaging records to provide the service. The sender’s own privacy notice also applies to its relationship with its recipients.
Information we collect
- Account and verification details: your name, email, phone number, account identifiers, password authentication records, verification status, country, time zone and preferences.
- Messaging information: contacts and groups you create or import, sender details, message content, recipients, campaigns, scheduled send times, incoming replies, automatic replies, delivery events and opt-out records.
- Payments and purchases: the package you choose, credit transactions, subscription status, billing contact details, invoice references and payment or refund confirmations from our payment provider.
- Support and sender registration: questions, correspondence and business or use-case information you provide when asking for help or setting up a sending number.
- Technical and activity data: IP addresses, browser and device details, access times, security events, referral information and activity needed to operate or troubleshoot the service.
- Optional tools: short-link destinations and click events, product-watch URLs and alert settings, and the text you submit when using AI assistance.
Information comes from you, customers who upload their recipient data, your use of the website, and service providers that return delivery, verification or payment events. Existing SendSMSnow accounts may also include account and messaging records transferred from the earlier service.
How & why we use it
We use this information to create and verify accounts, send and receive messages, manage credits and subscriptions, provide reports, answer support requests and maintain a working service. We also use operational records to investigate delivery problems, detect fraud and abuse, enforce our terms and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, the relevant purposes include performing our agreement with you, complying with legal obligations and pursuing legitimate interests in service reliability, account protection and abuse prevention. Where a particular activity requires consent, that consent is the basis for that activity.
Account, verification and payment information is needed for the corresponding service. If required information is not provided, we may be unable to activate an account, process a purchase or enable a sending number. Optional content is only needed when you choose to use the related feature.
Who receives information
Information is shared as needed to run the service and carry out your instructions:
- Messaging providers and mobile networks receive message content, phone numbers, sender information and delivery data to route SMS, handle replies and apply network requirements. Our messaging integrations include Twilio.
- Stripe processes card payments. We receive billing and transaction information needed to record purchases, manage renewals and issue refunds. Full card numbers and security codes are entered with Stripe, rather than stored as card credentials in your SendSMSnow account.
- Infrastructure and operational providers help with hosting, email delivery, backups, security and diagnostics. When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect forms; IPinfo can support approximate IP-location checks during account investigations.
- Authorized staff can review relevant account, message, support and purchase records for service operations. Internal notifications may contain account and transaction details needed to handle registrations, payments and support.
We may also disclose information to meet a binding legal requirement, investigate misuse, protect people or the service, or support a business transfer subject to applicable privacy obligations. Advertisements and optional AI tools involve the additional processing described below.
Messages & tracked links
SMS travels through messaging providers, mobile networks and recipient devices. It is not an end-to-end encrypted channel. Senders should avoid including passwords, full payment-card details or other highly sensitive information in message text.
When tracking is enabled for a short link, opening it can record the time, browser, operating system, device type, referring page, approximate location supplied by the network and a derived IP identifier. A recipient-specific campaign link can connect that activity with the recipient and campaign in the sender’s reports. These records are not necessarily anonymous.
Link previews and automated security scanners may also generate activity. A click record or delivery confirmation does not, by itself, prove that a person read a message. The website opened by a link has its own privacy practices.
Cookies & advertising
Service storage. Session and security cookies support sign-in and protect requests. Browser storage also remembers interface preferences, onboarding progress and temporary registration or verification steps. You can clear or block storage in your browser, but doing so may sign you out or interrupt these features.
Advertising. Some public coverage and platform pages can display Google AdSense advertisements when enabled. Google and its partners may receive device and browser information, IP addresses, page activity and cookie or similar identifiers for ad delivery, measurement, personalization and fraud prevention.
Read how Google uses information from partner sites and use Google’s ad settings to manage available personalization choices. Browser cookie controls provide additional options. Turning off personalized ads does not necessarily stop all advertising-related processing.
AI assistance & Catch
If you ask the keyword assistant to draft an automatic reply and the integration is enabled, the keyword, your instructions and any current reply text you submit are sent to OpenAI to generate a suggestion. Review the result before using it, and avoid putting sensitive or unnecessary personal information into your request.
SendSMSnow Catch stores the product link, selected item or variant, alert conditions, watch status and notification number associated with a watch. We use these details to check a supported store’s product page and send the alert you requested. Visiting a retailer or buying a product there is a separate interaction governed by that retailer’s policies.
How long records remain
Retention depends on the type of record and its purpose. Relevant factors include whether your account or service is active, your instructions, the need to provide message history or support, payment and accounting requirements, dispute handling, fraud prevention and applicable legal obligations.
Removing a contact or a visible history entry is not necessarily the same as erasing every associated operational record. Billing records, opt-out information, security logs, provider records and backup copies may have separate retention needs. Account closure and data-erasure requests are reviewed with those requirements in mind.
Security & international use
Account authentication, access controls and operational monitoring help protect the service. No website, storage system or communications network can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect your credentials, keep your recovery email accessible and report suspected account misuse promptly.
Our service and providers can process information outside the country where you live, including wherever a destination mobile network operates. Privacy rules may differ between countries. Applicable transfer requirements still apply; contact us for information about the processing locations and safeguards relevant to your use of the service.
Your choices & rights
You can edit supported account settings, manage your contacts and review your messaging and billing records from your workspace. For account closure or a broader privacy request, contact us using the details below.
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy or restrictions on certain uses of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent for processing based on consent and complain to your local data protection authority. These rights can be subject to exceptions and identity verification.
Your right to object. Where applicable, you can object to processing based on legitimate interests and to the use of your information for direct marketing. Tell us which processing you want us to review.
If you received a message from one of our customers, that sender is usually the best first contact for its contact list, consent records or campaign. Use the unsubscribe method in the message where available, or contact the sender directly. A messaging opt-out does not automatically delete an account or cancel a paid subscription.
Children & policy updates
SendSMSnow accounts are intended for adults who can enter into an agreement. The service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through an account, contact us so we can review the situation.
We may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current revision. Where required, material changes will receive additional notice or a request for consent.
