Getting started
Your first account. Your first message.
What can I do with SendSMSnow?
SendSMSnow brings SMS messaging into one workspace. Start with a test message to your own phone. With a paid plan, you can manage contacts and groups, send campaigns, schedule messages and follow delivery activity.
Incoming messages, automatic replies and tracked short links are also available, subject to your plan and messaging setup.
Explore the platformHow do I send my first SMS?
Create an account, open the confirmation link in your email, then verify your mobile number with the SMS code. Choose Send message, write your text and review it before sending.
Free Demo sends immediately to your verified phone. Sending to other numbers and scheduling require a paid plan. Your available credits and account limits still apply.
Create an accountCan I use my existing SendSMSnow account?
Yes. Try signing in with your original SendSMSnow username and password. Newer accounts use their account email. If you cannot sign in, choose “Forgot your password?” and enter the email associated with your account.
The new site focuses on messaging. Public profiles, photo sharing and the old social features are not part of the current product.

Is SendSMSnow free?
Free Demo lets you try SMS with your own verified phone using the credits included with your account. It does not include free messaging to other people or unlimited worldwide SMS.
Choose a paid plan to message other recipients and use contacts, campaigns, scheduling and advanced tools. Check Plans for current prices and included credits.
Compare current plansWhy can one message use more than one credit?
SMS is sent in segments. Longer text, emoji and some writing systems can turn one message into several segments. Sending to a group also creates a separate message for each recipient.
Review the segment count and recipient total before sending. Plans & billing shows your available balance and credit activity.
Open Plans & billingHow do I add credits or manage a subscription?
Open Plans & billing to see the packages available for your account. One-time packages add the included credits after payment is confirmed. Where a monthly subscription is offered, its price and renewal terms are shown before checkout.
You can review purchases, invoices and any active subscription from the same area. Use the subscription controls there to manage renewals.

Can I send the same SMS to a group?
Yes, with a paid plan. Organize your contacts into groups, then select a group in the composer or create a campaign. You can also import your own contacts from a CSV file.
Check your recipient list, available credits and plan limits before launching. Only message people who have agreed to receive your messages.
See how campaigns workCan I schedule a message for later?
Yes. Paid plans include scheduling. In the composer, choose Schedule and review the send date and time before confirming. Scheduled messages remain subject to available credits, sender approval and delivery availability.
Free Demo sends immediately to your verified phone and does not include scheduling.
Open the composerCan I send to any country or mobile network?
Availability depends on the destination, recipient network, number type and the sender enabled for your account. A country appearing in our calling-code directory does not guarantee delivery to every number there.
Use the Coverage guides to check international number formats. For a new destination or a larger campaign, contact Support to confirm the setup your audience needs.
Explore country guidesWhy has my message not arrived?
First check its status. A draft has not been sent. Queued or scheduled messages are waiting to send. Sent means the message was submitted; Delivered means a delivery confirmation was received.
Check the number, including its country code, and any error shown in the message details. Delivery can be affected by the recipient’s network, handset availability, sender restrictions or an opt-out. If you still need help, include the message reference and send time in a support request.
Get help with a messageCan people reply to my messages?
Replies can appear in your Inbox when your sending number and account are set up for incoming SMS. A text sender name cannot receive replies, and two-way messaging is not available on every route.
If a reply is missing, confirm that it was sent to the same reply-capable number. Contact Support with the message details if it still does not appear.

My confirmation email or SMS code has not arrived. What now?
For email, check your spam folder and the address shown on the verification page. You can request another confirmation email when the resend option becomes available; use the latest link.
For SMS, check that your mobile number includes the correct country code. Wait for the resend timer, then request a new code if needed. Enter the latest code on the verification page.
Continue verificationHow do I reset my password?
Choose “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page and enter your account email. Follow the reset link in the email to choose a new password.
If the link has expired, request another one. If you no longer have access to the account email, password recovery cannot be completed through that inbox.
Reset your passwordHow do I close my account?
Sign in and submit an account closure request through Support. The team can review your account and explain the next steps.
If you have a monthly subscription, manage its renewal in Plans & billing as well. Submitting a support request does not itself cancel a subscription.
