Made for the everyday moments

Be there for the reply.

Some messages need more than a delivery receipt. Your inbox brings incoming and outgoing SMS into a conversation, so you can see what the customer asked and what you have already said. Find a thread, read the context and write the next useful reply.

Can every SMS sender receive replies?

No. Two-way messaging requires a reply-capable number and supported routing. Alphanumeric sender names generally cannot receive SMS replies. Confirm the sender setup for your destination.
